Sale of NETSTAL to Krones AG successfully completed
- NETSTAL with all its employees, sales and service units is now officially part of Krones AG
- Over 500 NETSTAL employees transferred to Krones
(Munich, March 28, 2024) Following the signing of the purchase agreement on February 6, 2024, the sale of NETSTAL Maschinen AG to Krones AG was successfully completed on March 28, 2024.
Krones has acquired NETSTAL Maschinen AG, based in Näfels, as well as Netstal Deutschland GmbH, a sales and service subsidiary based in Stuttgart, plus eleven other sales and service units in the US, South America, Europe and Asia. As part of the sale, over 500 NETSTAL employees transferred to Krones.
NETSTAL will continue to manage its business independently.
