(Munich, July 5, 2024) Jörg Bremer has decided at his own request to step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the KraussMaffei Group on July 31. A successor has already been found in Thomas Giese, who will take over the duties of CFO of the KraussMaffei Group on an interim basis from August 1. In this role, he will be responsible for Finance & Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Taxes, Legal & Patents and Relocation Projects. He will report to the management of the KraussMaffei Group, specifically CEO Chi Zhang. In the course of July, Jörg Bremer will hand over his responsibilities to Thomas Giese in order to ensure a structured transition.

He has made important contributions to advancing KraussMaffei in key areas and has set important milestones for our company. In March, he successfully completed the sale of NETSTAL. Last year, he negotiated the reconciliation of interests as part of an efficiency program and thus laid the foundation for the restructuring of the company. Under Jörg Bremer's leadership, the financing strategy was also realigned, enabling KraussMaffei to make significant progress in corporate financing. We wish Jörg Bremer all the best for his personal and private future.”
